1.Wheat naan / Wheat kuboos-2 large (powdered)
Curry leaves (chopped)-2 springs
Pepper corns-1tbsp (optional)
- Mix all ingredients together except oil.Add water little by little and make a smooth dough.Keep it aside for 30 minutes.If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to give it the right consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan. Take a small portion of batter and put in the hot oil in the shape of vada. Fry the vada till colour turns to golden brown.
