2.Canned coconut milk-400ml
- Mix grated apple with 2tbsp of sugar.Soak gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.Dissolve 5gms of gelatin in 1/4cup boiling water.Stir in the apples.Pour the mixture into a serving mold and refrigerate to set for 15 minutes.
- Dissolve 10gms of gelatin in 1/3 cup boiling water.Mix with coconut milk and sugar.Pour on to the apple base.Refrigerate for an hour.
- Heat water and sugar in a pan, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar.Add butter and chocolate into the sugar syrup and stir until all the ingredients have blended together.Allow it to cool and pour slowly on top of the pudding.Refrigerate for an hour.
- Cut into desired shape and serve.
