1.All purpose flour-1cup
6.Ripe plantain /Nenthrapazham(chopped)-1
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
- Combine all purpose flour and baking powder.
- In a large bowl beat egg white until light and fluffy.Gradually add in the sugar,1tbsp at a time,beating well after each addition,until sugar is completely dissolved.Add egg yolk ,vanilla essence and refined oil.beat well.
- Add dry ingredients to the mixture alternately with milk.Stir until just blended.Gently fold in the banana and tutti frutti with a spoon.Fill the mold with batter up to 3/4th.Bake until golden or a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45-50 minutes.
