Powdered Brown Sugar-1/2 cup
- Preheat oven to 160 degree C.
- Soak oats in milk for 20 minutes.
- Combine all-purpose flour,baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder.
- In a mixing bowl beat oil, brown sugar and egg.Add oats mixture and mix well.Add dry ingredients and stir until just blended.Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spoon.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.Bake until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes.
