RAVA KESARI

Rava-1cup
Sugar-1cup
Water-2cups
Ghee-3tbsp
Cardamom powder-1tsp
Cashew nuts-12
Raisins-1tbsp
Kesari colour-a pinch


  • Heat 2tbsp ghee and fry cashew nuts and raisins .keep it aside.
  • Add rava and fry till light brown.
  • Add hot water and sugar.
  • Keep on stirring to prevent the formation of lumps
  • When it becomes thick, add cashews and cardamom powder.
  • Cook till it’s almost dry.
  • Grease a plate and pour this mixture on it. Garnish with cashews and raisins.
